Best Snacks for Weight Loss

  • Popcorn: Popcorn is very high in fiber and a very good snack which keeps you full and curbs appetite. Eat with no or little added salt and few drop of olive oil instead of butter.
  • Nonfat or Low fat Yogurt: Yogurt is rich in protein and calcium and has tons of good bacteria.
  • Frozen Grapes: For those of you with a sweet tooth, the best alternative is to snack on some frozen grapes.
    Vegetables: Try crunchy vegetables like carrots, celery.
  • Almonds
  • Apples
